Ng Lai-ying was convicted of assaulting a police officer with her breast. The fully clothed woman was arrested on March 1 during a protest in Hong Kong (video below).
Lai-ying testified in court that the police officer grabbed for her bag, but gripped her breast instead, causing her to shout, "Indecent assault!"
The judge countered, "You used your female identity to trump up the allegation that the officer had molested you. This is a malicious act," reported the South China Morning Post.
"Those who are attacked because of their jobs should be protected," the judge added.
Police Chief Inspector Chan Ka-po claimed his arm was bumped by the 30-year-old woman's breast, but it's not clear what injuries Ka-po actually suffered from the breast bump, notes Metro.
The video from the incident shows Lai-ying with her face bleeding.
Twitter user Jenny In HK mocked the conviction with a mug shot of a woman's breasts and the caption: "New weapon in HK. HK girls can assault #HKPolice with their breasts Via Say No To Dirty Cops."
