'She Thought They Were Kind': Mother Who Went To ISIS To See Kidnapped Son Was Reportedly Fed His Remains

Yasir Abdulla, a British fighter who traveled to Iraq to fight against ISIS and stop their reign of terror, says that the group fed a kidnapped youngster to his own mother after she made a trip to their headquarters looking to visit him.

According to The Daily Mail, the terrorist group told the desperate mother that she was eating rice and cooked meat when she was actually eating the remains of her son. Abdulla initially made the claims upon returning home to the U.K. after traveling to Iraq to do his part in the fight against ISIS.

“She was determined to find her son and went to ISIS headquarters and asked to see him,” Abdulla said of the elderly Kurdish woman who went to headquarters to try and secure the release of her kidnapped son. “The ISIS men told her to sit down because she had traveled a long way and said she should have some food before they took her to meet her son. They brought her cups of tea and fed her a meal of cooked meat, rice and soup. She thought they were kind. But they had killed him and chopped him up and after she finished the meal and asked to see her son they laughed and said ‘You've just eaten him.’”

In addition to sharing his shocking recollection, the British fighter is speaking out against the group after going there to fight them on the frontlines.

“ISIS are wrong. They behead, burn and get those they are against do dig their own graves before they execute them,” Abdulla said. “Nobody wants to get captured by ISIS, that would be the worst thing. If I was defending I would fight to my last bullet and use that on myself.”
