Report: Non-Family Molestation Victim Plans To Sue Josh Duggar

A molestation victim, who is not part of the Duggar family, is reportedly planning to file a lawsuit against Josh Duggar.

Josh and his parents, Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, may have to testify and would not be able to claim the Fifth Amendment, InTouch Weekly reports.

That's because the statute of limitations in Arkansas has expired for any criminal charges.

“All the church elders who knew about this will have to be named,” an unidentified source told InTouch Weekly.

The Duggar's reality TV show "19 Kids and Counting" was pulled off the air by TLC, but not canceled after the scandal broke in late May.

Josh molested four of his sisters and a babysitter, per reports by police investigators, notes

None of the victims were named in media reports, but Jessa Seawald and Jill Dillard (Josh's now-married sisters) came forward to say they were two of the victims during an interview with Fox News.
