Own goals are always fun to watch, obviously, but they happen enough for seeing one not to be all that unique anymore. A recent Maccabi Haifa versus Dynamo Kiev friendly is the exception to that rule. During a particular sequence, goalie Assaf Mendes attempted to kick the ball away in the other direction and clear the goal line – problem was, Mother Nature had a different plan.
