If you’re going to beat The Citadel at the very last second of a hard-fought game, do it the way UNC Greensboro’s Trevis Simpson did it on Saturday night. With about a second remaining in the showdown and his team down by one, Simpson took a perfectly timed inbounds pass from Drew Parker and jammed it home for one of the more thrilling last second victories of the season.

How close was this game? Well, UNC Greensboro was up five with less than two minutes to go in the game. Unfortunately for them, The Citadel battled back and managed to keep it close for the duration. Ultimately there were five lead changes in the last 43 seconds between these two teams before UNC Greensboro eventually picked up the victory.
