Video: Serena Williams Cries After Losing to Virginie Razzano at 2012 French Open

It was one of the most shocking tennis upsets in recent memory. Serena Williams, the top-seeded American woman participating, fell to Virginie Razzano in the first round of Tuesday’s 2012 French Open.

The 5th-seeded Williams lost to Razzano, who entered this tournament ranked 111th in the world, 6-4, 6-7, 6-3.

Following her stunning defeat, Williams broke down a bit in plain view of the cameras – clearly still coming to terms with the fact that her run ended in the way that it ultimately did.
