Ronda Rousey is arguably the best female MMA fighter in the world today. She has recorded four Strikeforce wins, two Tuff-N-Uff wins and one CFL win. She beat Miesha Tate for the Strikeforce Bantamweight belt, and then she successfully defended that belt versus Sarah Kaufman. A few weeks ago, she become the first female MMA fighter to gain entry into the UFC.

Long story short: she knows what she’s doing.

So, because Rousey's record is what it is, when she offers advice on how to be a better fighter, folks take notice.

Her latest advice? Here is what she had to say on Jim Rome’s Show:

“For girls it raises your testosterone, so I try to have as much sex as possible before I fight actually. Not with like everybody, I don’t put out like a Craigslist ads or anything, but if I got a steady I’m going to be like 'yo, fight time’s coming up.”

Naturally, that tip garnered something of a positive response from MMA’s mostly male fan base.
