Any team in the NBA can beat any other team in the NBA on any given night. That rule of thumb was particularly apparent yesterday, when the shockingly terrible Washington Wizards beat down the defending champion Miami Heat 105-101.
Jordan Crawford led the way for Washington with 22 points off the bench on seven-of-16 shooting. Kevin Seraphil and A.J. Price chipped in 16 points and 14 points, respectively. All in all, five Wizards played finished in double figures – but only one of those players finished with 20 or more.
Meanwhile, LeBron James led the way for Miami with 26 points (12-of-24 shooting), 13 rebounds and 11 assists. Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh had 24 points and 20 points, respectively.
