Spike Lee gave Jeremy Lin a pep talk before the start of Thursday’s New York Knicks versus Miami Heat showdown; unfortunately, there aren’t enough words of wisdom in the world to stop something that's inevitable from happening. Lin had inarguably his worst game since Linsanity started against the absolutely smoothing Heat defense, and by the time the clock read all zeroes, his statline read: eight points on one-of-11 shooting, three assists and eight turnovers.
