The Houston Rockets just can’t seem to get it together. After an extraordinarily hot start, this team has cooled like few others in basketball. As it stands, the Rockets have lost seven out of their last nine – including a 102-91 defeat to the Utah Jazz on Monday night.
Jeremy Lin had 13 points and three assists in the losing effort. James Harden scored six points in 17 minutes – ultimately sitting out the second half. Patrick Patterson led the way with 19 points on eight-of-14 shooting.
Al Jefferson and Randy Foye led the way for Utah with 14 points apiece. Four Jazz players finished in double figures.
