Randy Couture Appears to be Happy with Retirement
At 49 years of age, Randy Couture could possibly still be fighting for the UFC if he wanted to. However, as Couture recently remarked during an interview with MMAFighting.com.
"I just don't wear that hat anymore," the former UFC heavyweight and light heavyweight champion said. "I still look through those eyes, I still understand all that, and it's still there, but there's no burning desire to get back in there. I don't feel an itch."
Couture last fought against Lyoto Machida, suffering a knockout loss. He has spent time between filming movies and working as an analyst for the UFC on FUEL TV.
