It appears the entire nation is interested to see if the Green Bay Packers can go undefeated -- their game against the New York Giants on Sunday drew the highest ratings for a regular season NFL game in four years.
The game on FOX, which was seen in most of the nation except for a few markets, drew a 17.6 rating and 30 share. That's the highest for a game since 2007, when a Steelers-Patriots matchup got an 18.4/32.
It didn't hurt that the Packers were playing New York, home of the largest television market in the country.
The Packers take on the Lions in their final game, and you'd think if they are still undefeated, the ratings for that game should smash Sunday's results. However three weeks after that Steelers-Patriots game, a still-perfect New England took on the Giants in their final game, and apparently those ratings did not beat the earlier game.
