The Buffalo Bills apparently thought they were deep enough at WR this offseason to trade one of their top wideouts, Lee Evans, to the Baltimore Ravens. While the move doesn’t look so bad considering he hasn’t much of anything for the Ravens, it does hurt their depth.
And now they might need it. Roscoe Parrish is out for the year due to an ankle injury he suffered in Week 2 against the Raiders.
While we don’t have much more information on it, head coach Chan Gailey said that it’s “more long term than short term, unfortunately.”
So that will probably do it for Roscoe’s days as a Buffalo Bill. He’s set to be an unrestricted free agent after the season and they aren’t likely to bring him back. Unless he’s a drooling vegetable, but I think that’s just common sense.
