MMA Video: Dana White's UFC 144 Blog
You know it's fight week when UFC president Dana White puts forth a video blog. White's first episode to help build the hype around UFC 144: Edgar vs. Henderson features much of what happened behind the scenes at UFC 143: Diaz vs. Condit.
Included in the nine-plus minute episode is an interesting segment with Roy Nelson, who talks about his match with Fabricio Werdum. We are also witness to some comments from Nick Diaz following his loss to Carlos Condit in the main event.
