Mike McQueary Files Defamation Lawsuit Against Penn State

So let me get this straight… In 2002, former Penn State quarterback – graduate assistant – WR/Recruiting Coordinator Mike McQueary, a 28-year old tall and muscular red head, standing well above six feet and carrying well more than 220-plus burly football player pounds walked in on Jerry Sandusky drilling a 10-year old boy in the shower.

He did nothing to stop it and instead ran away like a little girl, later reporting the incident to the team’s head coach Joe Paterno.

The following was taken directly from the grand jury report, and if you haven’t read it, it’s graphic in nature:

“As the graduate assistant entered the locker room doors, he was surprised to find the lights and showers on. He then heard rhythmic, slapping sounds. He believed the sounds to be those of sexual activity. As the graduate assistant put the sneakers in his locker, he looked into the shower. He saw a naked boy, Victim 2, whose age he estimated to be ten years old, with his hands up against the wall, being subjected to anal intercourse by a naked Sandusky. The graduate assistant was shocked but noticed that both Victim 2 and Sandusky saw him. The graduate assistant left immediately, distraught.”

Now this same coward filed a defamation suit against the school? Is someone going to even consider rewarding this guy after he did nothing to break up the molestation? Here’s what the judge’s ruling in this case should say.

“Mr. McQueary:

If you are ever faced with an unfortunate situation in your life anything remotely close to what you were faced with in that locker room in 2002, here’s what you should do; and do it in this order…

1) Angrily scream at the top of your lungs for the incident to stop.

2) Punch the offender in the face with repeated blows knocking him out so when the police arrive on scene, he’ll still be there, right at the scene of the crime.

3) Scoop up the boy and while running at break neck speed to the closest area hospital, feverishly dial 911 on your cell phone.

If after doing that, if you were financially harmed in some way because of the unfortunate incident you witnessed, this court will swiftly grant you financial relief. As for your filing in front of the court in this matter… Mr. McQueary you disgust me. You have some nerve standing here today claiming you were in any way victimized. You will receive no relief from this court and if you don’t leave my court room now I might come over to you and show you how number two works.”
