Miguel Torres Signs with Titan Fighting Championship
Miguel Torres has a new home, as the fighter announced on his own website that he has signed with Titan Fighting Championship. Torres was released from the UFC after a recent loss to Michael McDonald.
"I am excited to continue fighting, to regain my focus and to get back to what made me a champion," Torres wrote. "I have dedicated my whole life to mixed martial arts and Brazilian jiu-jitsu. My passion in life is to be the best that I can be."
Torres (40-5) owns 23 submission victories and nine knockout triumphs in his long career. He went 2-2 after joining the UFC from the WEC, where he was the bantamweight champion.
No opponent has been confirmed for Torres, but he did say he would debut in Titan FC on November 2.
