Michael Bisping on Brian Stann: "I Look Forward to Kicking His..."

Brian Stann is a well-decorated military veteran who is nearly always the crowd favorite when he steps foot inside the Octagon. Michael Bisping, on the other hand, is booed more often than a horrible referee or judge.

Bisping and Stann will fill the co-main event slot for UFC 152: Benavidez vs. Johnson on September 22 from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The site of the fight is what gives Bisping hope for not being the bad guy come fight night.

"If this bout took place in Texas, I'd probably be shot on the way out to the Octagon," said Bisping, during a pre-fight press conference on Tuesday. "I am happy to be here, long live the queen, and I look forward to kicking his (expletive)."

Stann understands that fighting is just a profession, and after seeing what he has seen during times of war, this all comes easy for him.

"When you've had to look a mother in the eyes and tell her why you didn't bring her son home, this is easy," Stann said. "We're going to get after it. Some people may complain about certain fights, but you won't complain about ours."

Both fighters can move closer to a shot at the UFC middleweight title, placing even more importance on the contest.
