World-renowned boxing trainer Freddie Roach recently appeared on HDNet's Inside MMA and was asked to rank the top five most proficient boxers competing in mixed martial arts.
In order from first to last, Roach deemed Anderson Silva, Georges St-Pierre, BJ Penn, Nick Diaz and KJ Noons the most competent boxers in MMA. Check out the video below to hear Roach's reasoning behind the list.
