A source tells Mike Jurecki of XTRA 910 that the Arizona Cardinals have interest in Buffalo Bills WR Lee Evans. After Larry Fitzgerald, it’s awfully slim pickins out in the desert so it would make sense.
It could also make sense for the Bills, who have a logjam (sort of) at wide receiver. They already have Steve Johnson, Roscoe Parrish and newly acquired Brad Smith.
Evans only caught 37 passes last year, but it’s not all his fault. That offense is completely craptacular and he could certainly flourish elsewhere. He’s got the speed to stretch the field opposite Larry Fitzgerald and would certainly make Kevin Kolb’s job a lot easier.
