Jorgen Kruth vs. Fabio Maldonado Set for UFC on FUEL TV 5
Light heavyweights Jorgen Kruth and Fabio Maldonado have been signed to meet at UFC on FUEL TV 5, which takes place from Nottingham, England. The event goes down September 29 inside the Capital FM Arena.
Kruth (5-0) will be making his UFC debut on the card after signing earlier this year. He was set to make his debut in Sweden, but an injury forced him out.
Maldonado (18-5) has gone 1-2 in his UFC career, including back-to-back defeats at the hands of Kyle Kingsbury and Igor Pokrajac. His lone win came over James McSweeney.
The fight is added to a list of scheduled matches that include Stipe Miocic vs. Stefan Struve in the main event, Yves Jabouin vs. Brad Pickett, and Dan Hardy vs. Amir Sadollah.
