Jason Lambert vs. Hector Ramirez Set for Bellator 85
A light heavyweight fight has been added to Bellator 85. Jason Lambert (24-13) and Hector Ramirez (9-4-1) were supposed to appear earlier this month on the card, but it was recently revealed that they would meet each other.
Lambert is making his MMA return since being inactive since 2010. After being 3-0 for the UFC, Lambert would loss four of his next five before being released. Ramirez was defeated in his two UFC appearances. Both are making their debut for Bellator.
Bellator 85 takes place January 17 from the Bren Center in Irvine, CA. It will be the promotions debut on Spike TV and airs at 10 p.m. Spike.com will air the preliminary fights.
