Invicta FC 2 Complete Results: Sara McMann Makes a Statement
Invicta Fighting Championships put on a second all-female card Saturday night, as Invicta FC 2 took place from Kansas City. In the main event, Sara McMann claimed a decision over Shayna Baszler to remain undefeated.
McMann (6-0), an Olympic silver medalist, decided to stand and trade with Baszler (14-7) for the third-round affair. The complete event was streamed live on InvictaFC.com.
In the co-main event, Alexis Davis defeated Hitomi Akano via submission. A total of 10 fights on the card were ended via either submission or a form of knockout.
