Duke Overcomes North Carolina In Thrilling Overtime Rivalry Game

In one of the best rivalries in all of sports, North Carolina and Duke kept the tradition going with yet another thrilling overtime game Wednesday night. The Blue Devils came back from a 10 point deficit with less than four minutes left in the game, and took home the 92-90 win over the Tar Heels at Cameroon Indoor Stadium.

"It's tough for this game to always live up to the hype," Duke coach Mike Krzyzewski said. "But I think tonight's game exceeded it."

The No. four team in the nation, Duke, led by 13 points in the first half but No. 15 North Carolina battled their way back to the lead.

Jones came up huge for the Blue Devils, as he scored the last points of the game and helped send the game to overtime.

In overtime, both teams once again exchanged leads a few times before Duke would seal the deal for the win.
