Scott Sterling, the 32-year-old son of Los Angeles Clipper owner Donald Sterling, was found dead on Tuesday night.
Police reportedly discovered Scott Sterling’s body at a home on the 22600 block of Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu around 11:30 p.m.
While the specifics regarding what happened have yet to be released, TMZ is reporting that the death may have stemmed from a drug overdose. That’s apparently just the coroner’s suspicion at this point, though, and will need to be verified via autopsy.
Back in 1999, Scott Sterling (then 19) was involved in the shooting of Philip Scheid at his father’s Beverly Hills home.
We will continue to update this story as more information comes in.
