Dana White Wants to Hold an Event at Cowboys Stadium at Some Point

UFC president Dana White is always seeking the next big thing for the promotion. Right now, that means working to book a fight for Cowboy Stadium in Dallas that can draw over 100,000 fans.

White discussed what needs to happen for the UFC to host an event at the stadium built by NFL owner Jerry Jones during a conference call on Wednesday.

"There is no timeline," White said. "As soon as we can make that big fight, that will sell over 100,000 tickets, we will make it. We'll see what big fights we can make, see how everything plays out."

One bout that would likely generate interest would be a super-fight between Anderson Silva and Georges St-Pierre. Interest has grown around a fight between the two UFC champions, but GSP still needs to clear Carlos Condit next month.

As for the Jon Jones-Chael Sonnen match in April, White said New Jersey is being discussed, though nothing is "etched in stone."
