Bellator 77 Ratings Dip a Bit
The Bellator 77 ratings are in and the event saw a slight drop from the previous show. The show averaged 149,000 viewers which aired live on MTV2 on October 19.
The rating was down from Bellator 74 and 76 where the respective audience was at 175,000 and 190,000 for the season debut. It is up from the 145,000 viewers who watched Bellator 75.
To date, the four shows for Season 7 have averaged 164,750 viewers.
The main card featured the opening round of the eight man tournament for Bellator's Season 7 lightweight prize. Rich Clementi (45-21-1), Dave Jansen (18-2), Marcin Held (14-2) and Ricardo Tirloni (15-2) advanced to the semifinals.
Bellator 81 will host the semifinals on November 16. The main card will air on MTV2 and the preliminary on Spike.com.
