Antonio Silva on Next Opponent: "I'll Fight Who the UFC Chooses"

Riding a two-fight losing streak, Antonio Silva knew he needed to put on a high-level performance Friday night against Travis Browne in the main event of UFC On FX: Browne vs. Bigfoot. Silva did just that, dropping Browne and handing the Hawaiian his first career loss.

In his last Strikeforce bout, "Bigfoot" was defeated by Daniel Cormier. His initial UFC fight didn't go any better, as Cain Velasquez stopped him.

"I felt a lot of pressure," said Silva, during the post-fight show on Fuel TV. "My fans, my coach; everyone pushed me hard for this fight."

Silva, who has earned several key victories throughout his career, was asked to compare this one to his win over Fedor Emelianenko.

"I think both are important for me," Silva said. "But this is my first win in the UFC."

Silva added that a rematch with Velasquez would be his choice for a next opponent, but that "I don't want to choose an opponent. I'll fight who the UFC chooses."
