A Twitter user has made tons of people furious by leaving the decision of whether or not to have an abortion up to the amount of social media attention she gets.

The woman, whose username is Saipanting and real name is not known, has gained more than 10,450 retweets, 11,900 likes and 1,900 comments on her post, as of the afternoon of Aug. 28.

"4 months pregnant," the controversial tweet reads. "4K [retweets and] I won't abort it."

A number of people figured that she must be joking or trolling.

"Why is this whole thing staged tho," wrote one person.

Others said her behavior was "despicable," and one person asked, "What has the world come to?"

But there was more to to the thread than her startling first post. Another Twitter user jumped in and added to the drama.

"INSTEAD OF LETTING ME KNOW IT WAS MY BABY YOU DECIDED TO COME ON TWITTER WITH THIS BULLS**T?" he wrote.

She apologized that he "had to find out this way," adding that she asked him for money and he blocked her on Twitter.

"YOU. TOLD. EVERYONE. I. DIED," he said. "THEN YOU SOLD MY DOG FOR TICKETS TO A LIL PUMP CONCERT."

She said that she loved the concert, but they still agreed to talk offline -- and that's when another woman jumped in and said that he got her pregnant too.

"Nate… what the f**k?" Saipanting asks of the other woman. "Who is she?"

"Uh....uh…" he responds.

The plot thickens: they both admit that they cheated on the other, when another guy comments that Saipanting told him she was single.

"My p***y was single," she retorts.

Whether or not the exchange was real or fabricated, it sure stirred up a lot of emotions from those who encountered the original post.

"If she goes thru with this, have her arrested, if not have the poor child taken away and make sure she can never have kids again....what a vile piece of excrement," one Facebook user commented on a Daily Mail piece about it.

Another said "she is a horrible mother" and should put the baby up for adoption if she gives birth.

"She just did this [for] attention and looks like it worked?" somebody else wrote. "She knew she was going to get the 4000 and more. She went the wrong way about it mind. Now- what can I do to top this and get double her amount (!)"

Most people were point-blank against her approach and thought she was out of touch with reality, although there were a few who thought that somebody so irresponsible has no business having a baby.

"Shame she wasn't aborted and if she feels that way then maybe her baby is better not born to avoid abuse?" said one social media user.
