A wild brawl broke out at a Five Guys burger restaurant in Miami on Oct. 31 (video below).
Several employees fought with a female customer as a security guard tried to break up the melee, notes the Miami Herald.
A cell phone video of the fight was originally posted on Facebook, and has since gone viral.
Tina Holley, a Five Guys supervisor, told NBC Miami in an email: "The actions displayed in this video are simply unacceptable. We are working with the franchise owner to do a full investigation and ensure appropriate disciplinary actions are taken."
Miami Mayor Phillip Levine told the news station on Nov. 3: "I hate to say I'm happy things like this are happening because they're horrible, they're sad, and we don't want anyone to get hurt, but It brings attention to the people of Miami Beach. Let us move forward to clean Washington Avenue up and clean Ocean Drive up. It must happen now."
