The following is a recipe for a s’mores dip that is easy to prepare and sure to be a favorite at your next party.
In the clip (below), posted to YouTube by PopSugar Food, TV host and producer Brandi Milloy demonstrates how to make this dip with melted chocolate chips, peanut butter cups, toasted marshmallows on top and, of course, graham crackers for digging in.
And the great part: no burning yourself over a campfire.
Here’s what you will need to make this dessert dip:
- 1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
- 10 large peanut butter cups
- 15 jumbo marshmallows, halved
- Graham cracker squares
After heating your 8-inch cast iron skillet in a 450-degree oven and coating the pan with a little bit of oil, add the chocolate chips and peanut butter cups. Then, top it all off with marshmallow halves and bake for 5 to 7 minutes, or until lightly toasted. Take the skillet out of the oven using a pot holder or oven mitt and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. Use the graham crackers to dip.
