Being a parent is an important job, yes, but it can also be exhausting. Not only do you have to look after of another human being, but it is your responsibility to keep the house neat and tidy.
In a hilarious new video, Florida mom Esther Anderson, who documents her life as a new mother on her blog, “Story of This Life,” can be seen keeping the house in order, while her 15-month-old daughter, Ellia, tries to put an end to all her hard work.
From taking all of the folded clothes out of a drawer and putting them on the floor, to dumping a bag of toys and scattering them around the room, this mom’s job becomes even more challenging.
Posted to Anderson’s Facebook last Wednesday, the video, titled "Why Moms Get Nothing Done," has been viewed more than 68 million times and shared from her page more than two million times, according to CNN. On YouTube, the one-minute, 21-second clip has racked up more than 3 million views as of this writing.
“Moms work their buns off all day and yet somehow nothing is done at the end of the day...this is why,” Anderson writes in the video description.
