TLC is reportedly planning to bring back the Duggar family's reality TV show "19 Kids and Counting" this year.
The relaunched show will focus on Jana Duggar, The Christian Post notes. As Jana has remained single, she's been busy taking care of her many siblings while her two younger sisters, Jesse and Jill, have gotten married and had children of their own.
The series was plagued by scandals in 2015 centering around the eldest son Josh Duggar, who allegedly molested some of his sisters when he was younger, cheating on his pregnant wife with a porn star, and used the adultery website AshleyMadison.com.
Josh, who used to work for the anti-gay organization Family Research Council, has been in rehab for his issues since August 2015, Radar Online notes.
There was also criticism against Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar for their handling of the child molestation scandal.
Nancy Daniels, TLC general manager, told the Television Critics Association in January, "Every decision we've made has been done very thoughtfully and very carefully about what is in the best interests of the people involved and the network," according to Variety.
"Our first priority is making sure that there's a health and well-being of our families first and foremost," she added. "We feature stories of different families with real people and real things happen."
