Robert Downey Jr. Walks Out Of TV Interview After Drug Questions (Video)

Robert Downey Jr. recently walked out of an TV interview with UK journalist Krishnan Guru-Murthy.

Downey was doing the interview (video below) on Channel 4 News to promote his new film, "Avengers: Age of Ultron," in which he reprises his role as Iron Man.

Late in the interview, Guru-Murthy brought up Downey's time in jail for drugs and shifting political views.

"Are we promoting a movie?' Downey asked.

Salon.com noted that Guru-Murthy recalled Downey's "dark periods” of drinking and drugs, and asked, "And I just wondered whether you think you're free of all that or--"

“I'm sorry, what are we doing? Bye.” Downey interrupted.

The actor then stood up, took off his mic and said, "You seem okay, it’s just getting a little Diane Sawyer."
