A police officer was caught on video (below) body slamming an elderly man who was singing a Beach Boys song outside of a Pennsylvania restaurant.
In the video, 61-year-old Jim Osche is seen singing outside of Shula’s Steakhouse in Allentown, Pennsylvania, while patrons stand nearby and cheer. An officer soon approaches and begins speaking to Osche. Their conversation is inaudible, but Osche walks away shortly after the officer confronts him.
The officer then grabs Osche’s arms and slams him to the ground.
“I didn’t do anything!” Osche shouts. “I haven’t done anything. I [have] permission from the Allentown Police Department to do this. You can check with the officers. Stop it, now!”
Osche continues to scream in pain as the officer instructs him to put his hands behind his back.
“This is police brutality,” he says. “You’re killing me. I have the right to do this.”
