Dennis Hof, the owner of the Love Ranch South brothel where Lamar Odom was found unconscious last week, is threatening to sue the former NBA star and wife Khloe Kardashian for a $75,000 bill that Odom allegedly racked up at the Nevada cat house.
Hof told the New York Daily News that he is getting “a lot of questions” from Odom’s accountants about the five-figure bill.
Hof told the newspaper:
They’re requesting the credit card slips and asking, "Did he sign them?" I sent them his driver’s license, the slips, some other stuff.
I have no problem filing against her or him. Khloe, she’s the wife. They’re responsible for their debts. Why are they calling me? They need to do the right thing and pay.
Hof claims that Odom offered $75,000 for some "undivided attention” from Ryder Cherry and Monica Monroe, two women who work at the brothel.
“There was no negotiation. It was his idea,” Hof insisted. “The girls want to get paid, and I want to get paid.”
Kardashian and Odom recently called off their pending divorce, which keeps Kardashian in charge of her husband's medical decisions.
Odom recently had two emergency surgeries regarding chest issues, TMZ reported on Oct. 22.
A source told the gossip site that Odom is in "a fragile mental state."
An unidentified source told RadarOnline.com that Kardashian is the only visitor allowed to see Odom who “has now developed pneumonia."
“He has gotten weaker since arriving at Cedars Sinai in L.A.,” the source added. “Lamar’s doctors told Khloe [that] Lamar was at a risk of getting infections from visitors, and told her he couldn’t have any more until his health improved."
