Man Sues Josh Duggar Over Adultery Site Profile Photo

Matthew McCarthy has reportedly filed a lawsuit against reality TV star Josh Duggar for allegedly using his (McCarthy's) picture on the adultery website Ashley Madison, and other social media and dating sites.

McCarthy has sued Duggar for wrongful use of his image, and claims he has been harassed with messages such as "Duggar's boy toy" and "DJ Duggar," notes TMZ.

Duggar made headlines in 2015 when his email address was linked to an Ashley Madison account following a hack and leak of the  adultery website. Dugger admitted he had been unfaithful to his wife before entering a rehab facility for his reported sex addiction.

McCarthy told TMZ in August 2015 that Duggar had used his picture on the dating website OKCupid, which caused him (McCarthy) to lose his job as a DJ. The club where he worked believed McCarthy was a part of Duggar's scandal.

This is not the first lawsuit against Duggar.

The New York Daily News reported in February that adult film star and exotic dancer Danica Dillon (aka Ashley Lewis) dropped her lawsuit against Duggar.

Dillon sued the "19 Kids and Counting" star for $500,000 in November 2015 over "physical and emotional injuries" during an alleged paid sexual encounter in March 2015.

Duggar and Dillon reportedly agreed that her lawsuit would be dropped and not revisited in the future if Duggar's lawyers did not file damaging documents in court; there are rumors those documents show there was no sex between the two adults.

Dillon publicly accused Duggar of rough sex during an interview with InTouch magazine in August 2015: "He was manhandling me, basically tossing me around like I was a rag doll."

Dillon alleged that she met Duggar in March 2015 when Duggar repeatedly bought private dances from her at an adult club, and later suggested the two have paid sex in his hotel room.

During her interview, Dillon asserted that Duggar failed to use protection, and that the sexual encounter was violent and "terrifying."
