Karate Teacher Allegedly Sent Nude Pictures To Boy, 11

A 20-year-old karate instructor has been arrested on accusations she propositioned an 11-year-old boy for sex.

Stephannie Figueroa, now 21 of Orlando, Florida, was charged with attempted lewd or lascivious conduct, solicitation, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, showing a minor obscene material and child abuse, the Orlando Sentinel reported.

Figueroa allegedly only began “making advances” in February, although she had previously told the boy she liked him, the arrest affidavit stated.

She is accused of sending 15 pictures to the boy over recent months, including nude images and photos of her “private parts.”

Police were informed after the boy’s mother checked his phone June 15 and found a message from Figueroa.

Figueroa allegedly invited the boy to her 21st birthday party, telling him nobody else would be at home.

“I want to have sex with you,” she is accused of writing, according to the Sentinel.

“OK IDC [I don’t care],” the boy answered.

Police added in a report that Figueroa had written that she “could not wait for another sleep over at the karate school so she could have sex with him in a hard way,” WFTV reported.

The owner of the martial arts school where Figueroa worked initially denied any sleepovers had taken place, but later admitted they had. However, he insisted no improper contact had taken place on the premises.

Police said that at one sleepover, Figueroa had said she wanted to cuddle, but the boy had refused.

In another incident, she allegedly touched his thigh.

Police requested to see the images and messages allegedly sent by Figueroa to the boy. The mother checked the phone and could "locate neither the Kick messages she had seen in the morning, nor any of the photos described above,” the police report added.

Officers did not confirm who had deleted the material.

Figueroa is being held without bond, and investigators say they believe there could be other victims in the case.
