An Australian model who was being harassed with explicit pictures from men on social media took matters into her own hands when dealing with the perverted trolls.

Emily Sears said she has always been open with her fans on Facebook, but things took a strange turn when she started getting sexually explicit photos of men’s genitals in her inbox.

“I usually receive at least one or two dick pics per day, at minimum,” she told BuzzFeed News.

Sick of the harassment, Sears decided to begin alerting the girlfriends of the men sending the photos of their behavior.

It’s just been consistently happening for so long. I became absolutely fed up with these kinds of disturbing and disgusting messages and comments online,” she said.

Sears and her friend, DJ Laura Lux, both deal with these trolls the same way and have implemented it as protocol for whenever they receive a picture.

They’ll even alert family members of the men in some scenarios, and often post screenshots of the interactions — with identities hidden — in order to bring attention to the disturbing behavior.

“We send the photos as a reminder for them to have respect for women,” Sears said.
