The Miami Marlins are accused of broadcasting fart noises while the Washington Nationals did their batting practice today (video below).
Uproxx.com notes that it isn't not confirmed that the Marlins did this notorious deed.
According to SBNation.com, music is usually played over the loud speakers during batting practice.
The Nationals responded by setting up a speaker near their batting cage and playing some tunes.
Don Kolko, who reports for the Nationals, tweeted, "That on the far right is a speaker the Nats have brought onto the field. They're taking matters into their own hands."
The Nationals got the best revenge by winning 7-2, notes MLB.com.
