Ariel Winter has a long history of not caring what people on social media say about her attire and she recently continued it by wearing a bikini top to the pumpkin patch, causing a stir on social media.
The 19-year-old "Modern Family" actress posted the picture of herself at a pumpkin patch on Instagram and Twitter on Oct. 24.
In the photo, Winter is wearing a white bikini top and blue jeans, sitting on a ride featuring Micky Mouse. Winter captioned the photo: "Mickey gave me a ride to the pumpkin patch."
Winter lives in Los Angeles where the temperature reached 104 degrees Fahrenheit on Oct. 24, according to AccuWeather. It is unclear what pumpkin patch she visited for the photo.
Commenters quickly flooded Winter's post, some complimenting her appearance, while others criticized her clothing choice.
"You forgot to put on a shirt," one commenter wrote on Twitter.
"Did it cost you your shirt?" wrote another commenter.
"Believe me I ain't hating on you but did u really wear a bra for a hayride?" wrote a third.
Other commenters on Instagram criticized Winter's lips, saying they appeared "fake."
"You altered your lips??????? what the hell?" wrote one commenter. "wy the most beautiful girls must be the most stupid ones. Now you look far worst than before, so you know. Why you girls will never learn, sigh...time to unfollow."
"Soooo fake, what happened to you?" wrote another commenter.
Winter has plenty of experience dealing with hate on social media.
After social media commenters and celebrity gossip publications criticized her for wearing a short, revealing dress to a "Modern Family" panel in May, Winter took to social media to address the criticism.
"Why TF does anyone care that I didn't dress causal like everyone else for the panel? Why do I have to be like everyone else? Why can't people just let other people feel good about themselves and do what they want? WEAR WHATEVER YOU WANT PEOPLE!" she wrote, according to Revelist.
Two months later, in July, Winter posted another "rant" after paparazzi pictures were published of her shopping while wearing revealing shorts.
"Pretty annoyed about the focus on the fact that I wear shorts, and the commentary that I'm 'squeezing' into them or the idea that it's not okay for me to wear shorts," Winter wrote, according to Revelist. "It's SUMMER. Get over it. It's hot, I'm obviously going to wear minimal clothes. I'm not going to suffer in a turtleneck to please anyone. I'm not a whore because I wear shorts and tank tops. I'm a normal girl.
