Rumors about planned pregnancies are swirling around Jill and Jessa Duggar who, along with their husbands and Duggar siblings, star in the TLC reality TV series "Jill & Jessa: Counting On."
According to TheHollywoodGossip.com, the season finale on May 17 featured the sisters talking about having more babies; their mother, Michelle Duggar, has given birth to 19 children so far.
In the episode, Jessa and her husband Ben Seewald visited Jill and her hubby Derick Dillard, who are working as missionaries in El Salvador; both couples already have one child.
"Which of the two of you will have your second child first?" the show's producer reportedly asked.
"It's hard to say," Jessa said.
"I think we will probably be pregnant at the same time," Jill stated. "But to say who will be first, well Israel [Jill and Dericks baby] is older... so we will see."
"I'm not pregnant yet, that's the question everyone keeps asking me, not yet," Jill added. "I feel like we will have another child. I just don't know how. It will probably be a naturalized citizen of the family."
Jessa replied: "We have many friends who have walked this road, so we have seen firsthand the amazing power of adoption. There are so many kids out there who are longing for the love of a family, and we feel strongly about opening our hearts and our home to welcome them in."
TheHollywoodGossip.com writes: "So it sounds like you can expect synchronized Duggar pregnancies at some point, but prior to that it seems that one or both of the girls will be adopting."
ChristianDaily.com reports that the TLC show "was about to get canceled during its first season so speculations that the girls planned their pregnancy to boost the ratings of the second season started circulating. The ratings of the TV show have been consistent so far, but several advertisers pulled away due to Josh Duggar's controversy ... The show has not been officially renewed for another season."
