Pat Robertson Uses 9/11 Anniversary to Attack Islam (Video)

Pat Robertson noted the 12th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks by attacking Islam, but failed to mention the Muslims who died during the terrorist attacks and those who were some of the first responders at Ground Zero.

Nor did Robertson mention the many Muslim victims of Al Qaeda attacks in Islamic countries during the 1990s.

"Islam does not mean peace, it means submission. And it means submission to Muhammad. It means submission to Sharia. It means submission to the Quran and all the teachings and tenants of that faith. That's what Islam is all about," insisted Robertson, reports RightWingWatch.org (video below).

“And they believe that anybody who doesn’t submit is at war with them and they are prime targets, and for the Western nations to welcome this fifth column into their midst is just committing suicide."

“The reason is [Muslims] have lost their faith in God, they have lost their faith in Jesus Christ, they don’t believe in what the Bible says and the core values of their society have gone away,” added Robertson.

However, many Muslims never had "faith in Jesus Christ" to lose in the first place.

The televangelist then went on to falsely claim America has "abolished prayer in the schools," which is actually legal if it is student-initiated.
