ISIS Recruitment Tactics Include Promising Rewards In Heaven

An Islamic State, also commonly referred to as ISIS or ISIL, mufti in Sudan attempted to entice Sudanese youth into joining terrorist groups in Iraq and Syria recently by distorting certain narrations of the prophet Muhammad.

To recruit new youth members, the mufti promised his audience “heavenly women,” who would be distributed following their service.

“Whoever to be killed at the hands of the heretics will receive 72 virgin Hoor Al-ayn in janat and they can intercede for 60 members of their families on the Day of Judgment,” the mufti said.

The man added that anyone who was killed at the hands of Americans would receive 144 virgin Hoor Al-ayn in heaven and be able to intercede for 140 members of their family.

The mufti falsely noted that Muhammad also allowed his followers to kill children and women of infidels.

This new attempt to recruit young memebrs into the Islamic State of Iraq and Levant follows news of an alleged mock-up Grand Theft Auto-style video that the group released in order to recruit new members. It features virtual fighters shouting “Allahu Akbar!” as they attack U.S. soldiers.

According to ISIL’s media wing, the video aims to “raise the moral of the mujahedin” and “train children and youth how to battle the West” or others who oppose ISIL.
