Family Says Boy, 9, Killed By Tornado Appears as 'Guardian Angel' in Photo (Video)

The McCabe family, who lost their 9-year-old son Nicolas in the Moore, Okla. tornado in May, claims they have photographic proof that the deceased boy appears as a "guardian angel" watching over their niece, Madison.

The family points to this photo taken on the 4th of July, which shows Madison waving a sparkler (video below).

According to The Christian Post, Nicolas was one of seven third graders who died at the Plaza Towers Elementary School when a hurricane hit Moore.

"I couldn't believe what I was seeing. Nicolas loved the Fourth of July and he loved firecrackers," Nicolas' father Scott McCabe told News 9.

"My brother, when he saw it, he said the hair stood up on his neck," added Scott. "I was in awe. It touched my heart. It's obviously not Madison. It's obvious there are two people there or one person there and one spirit there. I feel it, you know. I feel it that he's here."

Scott claims his son was buried in a red Plaza Towers T-shirt, which supposedly appears in the picture.

It's possible that Madison was in motion when the cell phone picture was taken, or the cell phone was in motion, creating the distorted double image, notes the Daily Mail.

In response to critics with scientific explanations, Scott states, "They can say what they want. I believe. I believe he's watching over us."
