Boy Scouts Won't Allow Gays, Predicted the American Family Association (Video)

The Boy Scouts of America voted to allow openly-gay scouts at their National Annual Meeting on Thursday.

The original voting proposal was brought up in February and was met with scorn by the American Family Association's Bryan Fischer on his "Focal Point" radio show (video below).

According to, Fischer said these "professionals in the scouting organization" would vote against allowing gays and it would be a "big setback for Big Gay."

"The chances that this 1,400 National Council is going to remove the ban on homosexuality is nonexistent.  It does not exist.  It's infinitesimal. It is off the charts in remoteness. So in other words, ladies and gentlemen, this decision today means that the ban on homosexual scout masters and homosexual participants, that ban is going to be upheld," said Fischer.

"It's going to be defended. It's going to be in place. It's not going anywhere. It's not going to be changed. Sodomy is not going to be normalized in the Boy Scouts of America.  It's the end of the game.  This is game over.  This is the Super Bowl and the good guys have won.  Make no mistake about this, this is a huge win for the pro-family movement; it is a big, big, big setback for Big Gay."

Fischer made another prediction yesterday on Twitter, claiming that the Boy Scouts would turn into some sort of molesting group: "BSA now stands for Boy Sodomizers of America, because that's what will happen. Mark my words."

What Fischer failed to mention is that the Boy Scouts are already dealing with child molestation accusations that go back for decades when they banned gays.
