A YouTube user with the handle "Regina Young" recently posted a video of an African-American boy praying for President Obama.
At the beginning of the video (below), the boy says: "This prayer is for President Barack Obama."
Like many children, the boy gets his words confused and at one point might appear to be praying to Obama: “Barack Obama, thank you for doing everything and all the kind stuff. Thank you for all the stuff that you helped us with. Thank you for taking the courage and responsibility for everything you have done for us."
The child later adds: “You are good, Barack Obama. You are great and when you get older you will be able to do great things. Love, Steven."
However, FoxNews.com columnist Todd Starnes did not cut the child a break and instead accused the boy of blaspheming God.
Starnes wrote: “What kind of a parent would allow their child to blaspheme God?”
Ironically, Starnes often complains about the persecution of Christians and their freedom of religion.
The video has over 50, 000 views since August 11 and many of the YouTube comments attacking the child are extremely racist.
