Trump Supporters Deny Grabbing Sex Organs Is Assault (Video)

Some supporters of Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump are denying that grabbing a woman's sex organs without her consent is sexual assault (video below).

They have come to Trump's defense over a 2005 video in which he said:

You know I’m automatically attracted to beautiful -- I just start kissing them. It’s like a magnet. Just kiss. I don’t even wait. And when you’re a star they let you do it. You can do anything... Grab them by the p---y. You can do anything.

Republican Sen. Jeff Sessions of Alabama told The Weekly Standard on Aug. 9: "I don't characterize that as sexual assault. I think that's a stretch. I don't know what he meant—."

The conservative news site asked Sessions if grabbing a woman by her genitals is sexual assault.

"I don't know," Sessions stated. "It's not clear that he—how that would occur."

Sean Spicer, chief strategist for the Republican National Committee, was also asked the question by The Weekly Standard and replied: "I don't know. I'm not a lawyer."

Trump's campaign strategist Kellyanne Conway told CNN reporter Dana Bash on Aug. 9 after the second presidential debate that Trump didn't actually use the words "sexual assault" when he described grabbing a woman's vagina, and told people to "stop using it," notes Vox.

Christian evangelist Pat Robertson told his audience on Oct. 10 that Trump's description of sexually assaulting women was "macho" talk, reports

A guy does something 11 years ago, it was a conversation in Hollywood where he’s trying to look like he’s macho. And 11 years after that they surface it from The Washington Post or whatever, bring it out within 30 days or so of the election and this is supposed to be the death blow and everybody writes him off, "Okay, he’s dead, now you’ve got to get out of the way and let Mike Pence run the campaign."

The Donald says "no." I say, he’s like the Phoenix. They think he’s dead, he’s come back. And he came back strong. So, he won that debate, the next one we'll see what happens. But in the meantime, he speaks to adoring thousands wherever he goes.
