Stephen Colbert on Absence of Hank Williams Jr. on 'Monday Night Football'

On 'The Colbert Report,' host Stephen Colbert explained how lost he was when ESPN opted not to use Hank Williams Jr.'s opening song on 'Monday Night Football.'

The decision came after Williams made controversial statements on the 'Fox & Friends' show equating President Obama to Adolf Hitler.

As a result, Colbert said he was "dangerously unprepared for some football."

"I'm in my living room innocently watching a Chevy Silverado ad, suddenly a bunch of gigantic angry men in shiny tights start hitting each other, hurling and kicking a weird leather oblate spheroid."
