Report: Obama's Golf, Fundraising Trips Cost $4 Million

President Obama’s golf outings and fundraising trips cost taxpayers $4.4 million, according to data released by Judicial Watch.

The data, which was reportedly received through Air Force records, showed that four trips were taken by the president that totaled the staggering $4 million, NewsMax reports. One golf outing in California, including a five-hour flight, allegedly cost $1.03 million. Another golf outing cost $804,870.40.

“Taxpayers should be outraged that Barack Obama wastes $4.4 million of their precious tax dollars on golf vacations and political fundraising,” Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton said.

The trips referenced in the report are from February and March of this year.

“And to make matters worse, the Secret Service has simply refused to respond to our requests for documents about the security costs of these controversial trips," Fitton added. "The Obama travel scandal is about abuse of office, abuse of the taxpayer, and contempt for the rule of law.”

The cost per hour to fly Air Force One, according to the data, is estimated to be $206,337.
