Portland authorities announced they are investigating the case against former VP Al Gore from four years ago.

The accuser, Molly Hagerty, states that she has evidence stashed in a safe-deposit box which include her stained black pants and the remainder of a chocolate bar Gore was eating that day.

Hagerty, who lives in Portland, Oregon, said she was hired to give Gore a $540 massage on Oct. 24, 2006, when he was in town to talk about climate change.

“He turned from Mr. New Age into a pervert,” she said. “He grabbed me in a big bear-hug embrace from behind and began mauling my breasts.”

Hagerty spoke about the stained black pants, saying, “I thought the stain could have occurred when Mr. Gore leaned on me while he was wearing an open robe.”

She ran a $35 forensic test on the pants that came back inconclusive. She’s ready to turn them over for more extensive testing.

Al Gore’s spokeswoman Kalee Kreider said her boss “unequivocally and emphatically denied this accusation when he first learned of its existence three years ago. He stands by that denial.”

She added, “Further investigation into this matter will only benefit Mr. Gore.”

Gore and his wife of 40 years, Tipper, recently separated.

Al Gore apparently had some global warming going on in his pants, huh? We bet he did that s**t!
